הדרך המהירה ביותר למחוק את החשבון:

1. פתחו את SHULAM! והיכנסו לחשבון.
2. עברו להגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון.
3. אשרו את המחיקה.

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open SHULAM! and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

אם אין לכם גישה לאפליקציה, שלחו לנו בקשת מחיקה מכתובת המייל הרשומה בחשבון ונטפל בה.

If you can't access the app, email a deletion request from your account's email address and we'll process it.

מה נמחק ומתי · What is deleted, and when

עם הבקשה, פרטי הזיהוי שלכם (שם, אימייל, תמונת פרופיל) מנוטרלים מיד, והמידע האישי הנותר נמחק לצמיתות בתוך 30 יום.

נתוני הוצאות והתחשבנות משותפים נשמרים בצורה אנונימית כחלק מהרישום הכספי של משק הבית, כך שהמאזן של חברי הבית האחרים נשאר תקין. נתונים אלה אינם מזהים אתכם עוד.

On request, your identifying details (name, email, profile photo) are anonymised immediately, and remaining personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Shared expense and settlement records are retained in anonymised form as part of the household's financial ledger, so other members' balances stay correct. This data no longer identifies you.
